Investigating at Forest School 30.1.17

We went to Felbrigg Hall again for Forest School.

We investigated using magnifying glasses.

We looked at different plant species and named them.

This one I named "Green King", I thought it looked like a Christmas tree.

We found some bugs and looked at them closely.

Forest School at Felbrigg Hall

This week we returned to Felbrigg Hall grounds to continue our Forest School learning. We went up the Victory V and went in the mud. It was great fun.

On the way we played in a hollow tree, it was our squirrel tree.

Homework 18.1.17

 

We made a mud hut for our homework.  We used clay and straw for our creations.

Forest School for grown ups

Christmas PE

Today we did Christmas themed PE.

We made up some games to play.

Mr Richards explained the rules.

We were reindeer catching the escaped reindeer.

Learning a Story

Acorn Class are rehearsing a story to tell at next week's church service.

They are getting really good.
